Why won't my video load?

If you're having issues adding a YouTube video to the Video section, there are two common issues - an unsupported video link or your video's visibility is set to private.


The video section only supports YouTube links

The best way to ensure you're using a supported link is to navigate directly to the video on YouTube.

 Use the share button to launch a clean URL and copy it to your clipboard.

Paste the copied URL into the Seguno section and voila!

If you need to update your video's visibility setting, you'll need to log into your YouTube Studio account and update the settings, as they outline in their help documents here: Change video privacy settings.
