Integrating your product reviews with your emails
Using a product review app to collect social proof? Use those five-star ratings to enhance your Seguno emails in your Featured Product, Product List, or Featured Collection sections.

Integrating your product reviews with your Seguno emails is currently supported for the providers listed below. Seguno's integration is to highlight your product's average rating and total review count in your emails. To solicit new reviews from your customers, use the Review request automation.

Connecting with Shopify Product Reviews
Navigate to your Connections from your Seguno Dashboard.
Select Shopify Product Reviews from the list and Connect. Magic!

Select Loox from the list and Connect. Magic!

Connecting with Stamped.io
Navigate to your Connections from your Seguno Dashboard.
Select Stamped.io from the list and connect. Add the Public Key and Private Key from your Stamped.io account settings to establish the connection.
To find your API Keys, open your Stamped.io app in another tab. Navigate to your Account settings
Navigate to your API Keys.
Copy your API Keys into the corresponding inputs in your Seguno connection settings.
Transpose your API Keys from Stamped.io into your Seguno Connections and Connect.

Connecting with Judge.me
Navigate to your Connections from your Seguno Dashboard.
Select Judge.me from the list and connect. To establish the connection, you'll need to add the Private token from your API settings.
Note
This integration requires the Judge.me account is for the same shop domain as your Seguno account.
To find your Private token, access your Judge.me settings, navigate to the Integrations tab, and select the developer integration. Reveal your private token and copy the complete 27-character code.
Warning
Judge.me is currently experiencing a bug with the copy feature. Copying the code before revealing the code will copy "Show" instead of your unique 27-character code.
Transpose your private token into your Seguno Connections and Connect.

Connecting with Junip
Navigate to your Connections from your Seguno Dashboard.
Select Junip from the list and connect. To establish the connection, you'll need to add the Store key from your Store settings.
Note
This integration requires the Junip account is for the same shop domain as your Seguno account.
To find your Store key, access your Junip settings, navigate to the Store settings link, and look in the Store health section. Copy the store key
Transpose your store key into your Seguno Connections and Connect.

Connecting with Yotpo
Navigate to your Connections from your Seguno Dashboard.
Select Yotpo from the list and connect. To establish the connection, you'll need your App Key from your Yotpo account settings.
To find your App Key, access your Yotpo Store settings through your account.
Select and copy the full App Key.
Transpose the Key to the Seguno Integration and connect.

Connecting with Fera
Navigate to your Connections from your Seguno Dashboard.
Select Fera from the list and connect. To establish the connection, you'll need your App Key from your Fera account settings.
To find your Public API Key in Fera:
- Open the Fera app
- Go to the Configurations page
- In the Advanced section, click Developers
- Select the API Keys tab
- Copy the Public API Key
- Paste the Public API Key into Seguno
Add product ratings to your emails
Once connected, you can use the "Show rating" option in your Featured Products, Featured Collection, or Product List section in your newsletter or automation.
If you would like to update the color for your star ratings, navigate to the theme settings in the email editor and select the colors section.
The product ratings color picker is in the content section.
