Why isn't my data syncing?

If the connector is still performing the initial sync, it may take hours to even days depending on the size of your data.

If a specific customer/contact, order, product, or abandoned checkout doesn't appear to have synced, please reach out to our support team and we can take a look. There are several reasons data may be rejected from Shopify or Mailchimp, including invalid email addresses, suppressed email addresses, or other improperly formatted data. If you have a specific piece of data you'd like us to look at, please contact our support team and provide the details on the data and we'll see what issue may have occurred.

Please note, while data is generally synced as events occur after the initial sync, there may be delays in Shopify, Mailchimp, or our own systems which may result in the data taking longer than usual to come over.
